What a WILD RIDE for Shawn - Murder Nova of Street Outlaws at Lights out VII radial race at South Georgia Motorsports Park! The team at Midwest Street Cars has been trying to dial the car in to handle the street tires they're running for the race, playing on the verge of spinning or wheelie'ing! The commentary from Big Chief & Murder Nova is pretty hilarious, it's been great seeing both of them race all weekend!

Truly surprised how well that car handled the wheelie. Didn't move an inch. And that come down couldn't have been any cleaner. Seriously good driving, and what a well built car.

For fucking real. When you don’t have any pressure to base whether or not your moving that steering wheel out of straight alignment all while shifting and peddling down the front end and you still don’t jerk at all coming back to earth. Fucking extreme precision driving. Imagine that wheel is slightly off and you come down wheels pointed at the Fucking 3 minute mark on a clock. At that speed, that’s all it would take to throw you out of Wack.

Every guy with a liter bike knows that feeling they either spin, stand straight up, or just go like hell! Actually a perfect pass is a combination of barely spinning wheel up inch or two the whole quarter. I never realized how much I was on the back wheel until I ran one day with the front fender off mine that front wheel was never on the ground until you hit 120mph then it still came up sometimes.

Well perfect timing. So my dad has a 1970 nova and our intake manifold has a crack in it and we need to replace it with a new one. Do any of you have any suggestions? We are not planning on doing any dragging with it but I am looking for the best one that will fit with a fairly large K&N air filter. Right now we have the original torker in there, so something of that size. Thanks for all the feedback or what not!

Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap intake manifold

It'll depend on what good clearance you have. A Torquer is really low profile. If you can fit it, a Performer RPM air gap would be good if it'll clear.

+Glade Edits You buy an intake on the power band of the engine. If this is a stock engine, don't go putting some crazy single plane on it that only starts working at 4000 RPM. Edelbrock performer is best of its stock, they go up from there on how big the cam is, head flow, converter, gears etc

balisonggamer I tried to drive in the snow, see how i used the word "tried" lol. Im still on summer tires so it was nearly impossible to move. I have a lot planned for my car like new tires and intake and maybe a e85 tune etc. I have a lot of content to come!

Project Scion FR-S Good stuff man. I like the FR-S, but unfortunately RWD is a no go for Ohio winters. Good luck building your car though man, it sure looks fun.
