The bit will do it, the spindle will do it just needs to be rigid on the gantry.

Cuts look super clean... at 3000mmm and 24000rpm I calculate the chip load to be .125 ? I thought the target for hard plastic was .05-0.1...cant dispute your results..

The common calculators only calculates with IPM. You have to convert the feed rate into ipm first

I if acrylic cutting using a single edge spiral milling cutter, the endmill is always broken? what's wrong

The bits is not sharp enough, and the resistance of the bits is large , so the acrylic is easy broken.
