I learned to dive 13 years ago when I was 59 and I am addicted to diving and then making videos of the diving for KZfaq and then watching the videos before I can go diving again!!! This is the 3rd version of this video as the first one had music on it that needed changing due to copyright. The second one had an error in it so hopefully this one will be good!
I have been diving with my husband in many wonderful places around the world including Hawai, many islands in the Maldives, Fiji, Costa Rica and many places in the Caribbean, Philippines and Indonesia.
All of my videos were filmed with a Go Pro starting with a 2,, then a 3,4,7,9 and lately with an 11. I use a red filter or Mares Video Lights on a tray.
With 1339 dives it's difficult to chose the memorable moments and some of the memorable moments the video isn't good enough to use. The GoPros have improved over the years, likewise my buoyancy!
However I've squeezed many of my memorable moments from 1379 dives into 120 minutes, so just sit back and enjoy!

Hi Gerry, thanks for all your fantastic videos uploaded. They are great inspiration to plan the next diving trip 😉 It would be lovely to know what settings you are using on your GoPro. Are you using zoom for example? It appears you are very close to the objects. I have mounted my GoPro in a rig too, using a spot when necessary, but it would be great to know which one you are using and what strength. Thank you so much 😍

I have it on the narrowest field of vision setting and I shoot in 4K. I have it on a Mares Video Lighting tray with 2 lights. It’s the Mares EOS 10LRW video light set. When I’m not using the lights I slide a red filter for deep water onto the housing. Hope that helps!

@@waltermadel366 had to cancel five dive trips while husband has cancer treatment. 🤞we’re back under the water Spring time next year!

I forgot to mention that if you like, you can see my first attempt at a diving video on my channel. It was filmed around El Nido, which is on the island of Palawan, Philippines. The clip is all about coral (which was breathtaking btw) the stunning part starts somewhere from the second half of the movie. Go well 😊
