I’m 17 5’6 and 130lbs and I’ve been lifting weights for a little over a year and have gained 30lbs since I started. But when I saw my friend who was 14 5’10 and 150lbs with no workout experience just wrestling I had to see what was up. We even arm wrestled one time and he embarrassed me. It was tough pill to swallow when someone younger bigger and stronger than you is physically superior to you in something you have been training a very long time to achieve and still haven’t yet. Not to mention his forearms are huge. Had to get into wrestling after he told me that’s all he does(for 12yrs to be specific)

@@combine8269 I’m talking bout a literal freak though genetically speaking. He squatted 295 his first time squatting. Pretty lean aswell he also ran a 4.8 40yrd dash but he isn’t on the track team or football team. I’m not too familiar with the type of training they do in wrestling but from what he told me he said it’s a lot of running and some bodyweight stuff for conditioning. Be free to correct me if I’m wrong cuz he didn’t go into much detail

Sometimes it's genetics, not everyone has the same body type. Wrestling and weights compliment each other it's good to do both. Wrestling is a good sport.

That still bothers me ! No head gear and no bandana for the hair !! Take a look at any college match which is nation wide NCAA rules !! Any scraggly long uncovered hair ?? NO !!! Anybody without approved head gear ??? NO !!! Any coach I know high school or! college would say come back when the hair is cut to my or the league's standards !!! What wacky state was that ????

Okay I have read the changes to the Hair policy After the 2018 Public incident to the Dreadlocks Kid the rules have changed and he is allowed to have this hair as long as it’s not Greasy and NCAA accepted the changes as well that were made from NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL blah blah
