one of the hardest parts about grief is feeling like your world has stopped & not being able to understand how everyone else’s can carry on like nothings happened, but your life will never be the same. preparing for labour & a newborn, let alone having several other kids in the house means your world has to keep spinning, you don’t have an option for it to freeze, so it makes sense there’s almost a more manageable level to it

Ah Sarah from one woman to another I wish I could give you the biggest hug ,I know it won't take the pain away but take comfort knowing we are here for you .I can't imagine what you're going through ,those beautiful children keep things a bit more normal .

I wish I could give you a hug & tell you everything will be okay, you’ve not just lost the love of your life, you delivered your beautiful baby girl, I remember Dave saying, t he at Sara never gives up no matter the knocks she’s had in her life, she really is a diamond, you are, you’ve not really had time to grieve properly yet try to take an hour or so to do something for yourself, I believe in you, I was told find a mountain & scream from the top how you feel,it took time but I did it, never let anyone tell you how to feel your an amazing mum, much love 🫶🏼🤍🫶🏼

That’s really good advice Sarah. I think you’re amazing, I honestly don’t know how you manage everything. Like you were saying, my husband is not a hands on dad, he’s very much in the background working, watching the football etc, but the thought of losing him being there just in case, I can’t imagine how that must feel. Your story with Dave made me have a word with my husband about his health, he has high blood pressure and doesn’t bother to take his medication for it. I spoke to him about what happened to Dave and although it’s looking like it’s a hereditary thing, for Dave, it was enough to make my husband go to the doctors and go back on his tablets for blood pressure. I’ve always thought that bad things happen for a good reason. There’s a reason why some live till they’re 100 and others for only 43 years and although it’s hard to see at the time, eventually it will make sense. I’ve watched a lot of near death experience stories on KZfaq and I’m not afraid of death now. Dave is in a much better place now , a place you will be together again for eternity xx
