The guest suite is a private unit on the left side as you walk onto the property.

It actually seems like he died at his Pacific Palasades home on Blue Sail Dr...the police and camera crews were outside it. He did just post a pic of this hot tub tho.

My understanding was that he did pass in he's home & is believed he drowned in a hottub but couldn't be this home cuz guy on this video walk through said Mathew perry bought it in 2011 & lived in it until 2017 & sold it & Mathew perry just passed in 2023

@@lovemybabygrands67 He must still own this one, bc he just posted a pic in this jacuzzi. But he passed away at 18038 Blue Sail. Regardless it’s heartbreaking, just taking in all the Matthew Perry content I can at the moment :(
