Hi Kayla, thank you for posting these videos, I wish I had found your channel earlier, I learned real English(people used in real life) in your lessons, a lot of these content comes in handy in real life. On top of that, you're very good at explaining things(such as idioms, phrasal verbs, and sentences often used in day-to-day life), I found that I can remember these content more easily after you explained them. Thank you so much, you're the best.

You got a new subscriber I love this kind of videos because they're easier for me to digest. If you keep doing like these high quality videos (real English) your channel will be one of the best out there for sure (ex: lingua marina make a lot of mistakes because she's not fluent in english and she got a tons of views) why I'm saying this is because I can't see many subscribers and views in this channel. For me personally I like to learn from native English speakers because I'm not only learning English but the culture, keep going work hard and stay positive and after that all of the hard work will pay off. This mindset can be applied to all of us Finally thanks for this amazing video and I wish you all the best in your journey
@Englishwithkayla
@Englishwithkayla Жыл бұрын
Thanks Joe, I have TONS of respect for Marina, and all teachers of English on KZfaq (even native speakers make mistakes in the language). I think learners of a language can teach things in a way that their peers can understand better. but I also understand what you mean about the cultural aspect. At the end of the day, I think there's a teacher out there for everyone's style! more high-quality lessons will be on the channel soon, thanks for subscribing!

@@Englishwithkayla yes I totally agree with you, we all make mistakes but it's personal mistakes that won't affect anyone. I personally make a lot of mistakes in my mother tong, but a coach or a teacher should provide value to students not mistakes!!. No offense, but at least she should make some research before teaching their student.

I came across this channel just yesterday (new subscriber) and I found your content super helpful 👍 I love shorter, but to the point kinda videos... have you uploaded a video about prepositions? for some reason I find them sooo confusing 🤔 for example, on/in/at, to/for, from/of 😨 I'm sure how or when to use some but there are times when I simply don't know which one's correct 🤦🏻‍♀️ am I the only one? 💁‍♀️😆
@Englishwithkayla

No, you are not the only one! these are incredibly confusing, I have made lessons on some of these in the past but a lesson that outlines my best tips for using prepositions may be good. Thanks for the suggestion

I am mexican born and raised. And I bet dollars to donuts that the expression: "holy moly" originated because the producers of batman who lived in California (place that has very, very strong influence of Spanish and mexican food. "Mole" is very traditional mexican food) loved mexican food. The producers of batman liked a lot to eat "mole". Therefore they coined the phrase!!!!!!!!!.
