Me and a couple of mates went on our annual Karumba fishing trip. We endured through wind and rain for a lot of the time there and not to mention hundreds of catfish lol. We did manage to get ourselves a good feed of fish to take home in 2 different sessions, seemed to be when the weather was fine (sunny or no wind) the fish were on fire but when the weather turned to shit it was nothing but catfish lol. We also caught and feasted on some very big mud crabs. Only did we just made it out of Karumba as the rivers between Normanton and Karumba were rising, if we had left it any later, we would have been stuck there for a week or so (not the worst place to be stuck to tell you the truth).
