There's 2 sides to this guy. For one, he's correct everyone is lying about their dosages nowadays (example: haack and shane hunt). Both claim to use 250mg test and 1 oral on the side. Cmon... but he's completely delusional for calling out Haack when his best total is 1900lb. He also dropped the Kern US Open after talking a lot of shit.. He talks a lot for someone who has not yet proved himself. Haack is close to 2300lb at 198lb. This guy is still trying to get to the 2k in wraps...

Mark is eratic, manic, and his girlfriend has described him being violent by throwing things at walls. In his last video there's a fresh hole in the drywall of his kitchen. He's also admitted to being extremely jealous in videos. He is incredibly insecure and he needs to criticize other lifters personalities to make him feel better about the dumpster fire he has going on.
@Answeriz42
@Answeriz42 Жыл бұрын
@@Kaledrone it depends what you mean my personality. I find John Haack a funny, nice dude and is interesting because he isn’t just a powerlifter, and has a bit of an intellectual side as a chemical engineer. He’s just more introverted and less intense. Same thing with guys like say Jamal, or some of the IPF guys. I do agree they aren’t the same intense, angry trenned out guys, but I think the sport has just become more mainstream and matured in a way.

Mark I would seriously consider Telmisartan at 40-80mgs day and 5mgs Nebivolol day as well. Both are long acting meds so 1 pill day dosing. Telmisartan protects, heart, kidneys and brain. Through several different pathways. Nebivolol keeps heart rate under 80 bpm when blasting highly androgenic peds like tren and high test. Structural changes of the bodies organs isn’t measurable daily weekly or monthly, these 2 meds will give you peace of mind when you are 35. Better to prevent than to try and fix whats all ready breaking down or broken.
@PeteRubish
@PeteRubish Жыл бұрын
I took Telmisartan for awhile and liked it! The problem was when I came off PEDs and tried to still take 80 mgs and would get light headed and it sparked my anxiety because my blood pressure wasn't all that high anymore. But it's great stuff!
@DG-nb6fe
@DG-nb6fe Жыл бұрын
@@PeteRubish Makes sense. Probably best to still on it at a lower dose like 40mgs day, or maybe try splitting the 80mgs in half and taking one 1/2 every 12 hours. Like I said above long term damage from peds (and aging) isn’t always easily measured along the way. Much better to be proactive years and decades before.
@thepsychopimp

Telmisartan and Nebivolol are drugs popularized by Vigorous Steve. Other good drugs are Lisinopril and Amlodipine, favorites of Dr. Thomas O’Connell, AKA, The Anabolic Doc. Whatever drugs one decides to use, if you have high blood pressure, you should take something, there are plenty of good drugs out there, find ones that work for you.

Being nice to each other isn't being pussies. I always viewed powerlifting as kinda pure due to its simplicity and overall kindness. Now it's silly and stupid because of shit talk and influencers. Even Dan bell called this out. Just take a look at strongman. Everyone at the top is friendly and it's infinitely more entertaining and growing far more than powerlifting. Maybe what's needed isn't more toxic horseshit

Everyone's playing it safe when there's eyes on them because there's a million different answers to every single question when it comes to lifting weights. To be a source of guidance for the masses you have to become so non-specific that you cater to the void of unknowable variables and every single thing in your life becomes "it depends" followed by 800 amendments, caveats, disclaimers, and a...for lack of a better phrasing: crusade against "dogma". None of them can just believe in something anymore which by proxy means they can't believe in themselves or at the very least what they do.

What are your thoughts on rad140 SARM for strength gains? I have seen some pretty serious gains. Never touched anything beyond a sarm or prohormone. 35 year old male 6’ and 230lb body weight.
@Jmack7861
@Jmack7861 Жыл бұрын
IMO a waste. Surpressing yourself for mediocre gains and more expensive than gear, plus lack of knowledge on long term sides. I know mark likes sarms for some things sometimes, I’m like Pete (he mentioned this in a Q&A a couple years ago i believe) I’ve only ever ran them during a cycle and I didn’t notice a difference (other than yk-11, it felt like I added maybe low dose anavar or winstrol- but it’s also not even a sarm, it’s a DHT oral that’s sold as a sarm). I’m not promoting using gear, if i could have been natty my whole life I would prefer that- but if you’re hell bent on using PEDs don’t bother with SARMs
