Pros: Zero-lot-line houses are built very close to the property line to create more usable space. Not leaving room in the property plot for a yard allows for maximum square footage in the home. Cons: Window placement, noise, and a lack of privacy can be issues with these types of homes since there is little to no buffer zone surrounding them.

Heather was so rude to Frederick. She really showcased her lack of depth of character. Attacking Frederick because he had not announced to her and Josh that he was opening an LA office on Million$ NY was petty and thinly veiled. Pretending they were hurt from a "friend" view was thinly veiled fear of Frederick taking business away from them. Instead of fighting Josh's battles, she should work on graciousness - a quality she is clearly missing.
