Dr. Phillips visits Moundville Archaeological Park, famous village site of the mound-building Indian culture of the prehistoric Mississippian Period that lasted from about A.D. 1000-1550. The program examines the symbols, beliefs, and lifeways of this once dominant culture and traces two centuries of study in an attempt to understand these early Americans and the significance of their earthen mounds. No matter the dating of the site or the origin of the inhabitants, it is a beautiful magical place. When you drive into the park the silence is as unique as the mounds.

My Tribe's word for the Earth means sphere. The overall concept of the sky world feathered serpent vs underworld vs water panther held all over pre colonial western hemisphere doesn't work if the "world is flat"

C.Columbus again landed in the Bahamas and it took awhile before the Spanish landed in Florida and made there way to Alabama. But while in the other side of the country they were already there. St Augustine is the oldest settlement in the USA and not Jamestown.

Sorry, but you can not prove anything you have talked about. I am an old historian and I can prove it was not Indians. A question for you: where did the Indians come from? Bruce Howard
