I suffered from severe cramping for 14 years. I minimize it with tons of salt on every quad day. Thanks for the Quinine info never heard about it!
@jdgeibeАй бұрын
Same here! I used to get quad cramps later in day after training them, but a heavily salted post workout meal seems to do the trick👍🏻👍🏻
@alexattardg4s975Ай бұрын
@@jdgeibe I tried everything; magnesium, potassium, gallons of water, bananas, you name it. The only two things that reduced it were a lot of salt (about 6/7 table spoons in a day) and very very few carbs (just 30-40g) post workout. Obviously, during the offseason I could not do that since the PWO meal was heavily carbed up and cramping during offseason was always much heavier. But like Guy said; you solve the cramping then end up having diarrhea haha but that's much better than that pain!! And I would ALWAYS train quads when I'm off from work and staying at home all day afterwards.

I just want Nick to walk out like he didn’t when he won the Arnold. I’ve seen countless comments, plus when I watched it live with my mother who knows nothing about the sport, she said before I did, before he even hit a pose, that guys winning. He walked out and looked liked he was posing when walking, it was insane.

The thing about tren usually effects those who are short fused naturally. You don’t have to be crazily short fused but if you have the slightest bit of anything then it amplifies it ten fold. I am one of them. Never been arrested off tren and then was arrested every weekend for four weekends straight when on it. But then I have a mate who doesn’t get any effect like that what so ever.

Not only "is every body different" but we're trying to apply a static scientific measure onto a dynamic living organism. There are basic scientific standards that make sense... but we can't apply the same shit to everyone. We have cells that are dying and growing every second...

Here's a tip for cramps, I've been doing dialysis for over a year, it cleans your blood and takes out excess water, because you don't urinate much... I bring my big jar of mustard every session and if I cramp I take a shot of mustard.. I was told about it from a Dr friend... Mustard is Da shit
