For example I'm a professional photographer because I sell my photos which puts food on the table and keeps a roof over my head. My wife is a professional writer because she sells her work to contribute to bills. He's already a professional skater because he makes a living off skating (even if it's all youtube). Also, a lot of Olympians are not professionals in their focus. Track and Field stars mostly don't make any money by running, they have day jobs.

I’m only 21 but these kids making skating about contests and money is whack to me. Personal opinion but if he’s having fun and is making money good for him. Can’t knock the hustle. But doubt it stays this way. Kids gonna wanna be in the streets sooner or later
