The best GT-R Festival event held by Premier Events at Hampton Downs yet in New Zealand!
Thanks to Azhar and the Premier Events team for hosting the 2024 GT-R Festival! A very long entertaining day filming, capturing, listening and watching RB/SR powered cars on the track. The highlight of the day being the roll race finals of 40 PSI and DECEVN, a tight fight and close battle to the line. James was keeping the power down to the ground while **** was keeping distances tight. James' eagerness to claim the win, basically, could've got him killed. As hitting a speed at the line where the distance to becoming stationary was slow could have taken the worst corner. Brakes locked up and understeered the GT-R, bringing it to the gravel trap but it fortunately recovered just in time to save the front end and driver.

Footage problem:
If you were keen on seeing what my GoPro captured faced front during the near crash of 40 PSI, it unfortunately overheated after the race between 40 PSI and THELAB. So, four races continued with only the GoPro attached to the left corner of the roll cage capturing all the racing action. Funny enough, it seems that older GoPro models endure heat longer than recent ones. A mistake to learn off of and play the game better for your entertainment.
