I use regular copy paper 80gr. But any paper works.

Very nice. But i am having a problem with the image staining my plate. The ink from the image is not completely transferring to the paper? And It is very hard getting ths image off the plate?

To get a better transfer, you can try leaving the paper on longer, and you can use mineral oil to clean the plate.

For your information: this method does NOT work with all inkjet printers! Canon Pixma uses TWO inks. Dye and pigment! It doesn’t work with for example an Epson printer!

A cheap ' canon pixma' inkjet printer.

@@lieveericx5137 This printer uses a mixture of inks, Pigment for the black, dye based for the colours. My Epson uses Pigment inks, so I am hoping that if the image is b/w it will work. We will see.

Have tried this 3 times exactly as you did and no results....nothing transfers to the plate at all.....i'm guessing it's the paper?? I'm using regular 20lb. HP Copy Paper.....any suggestions? thanks!

The most important thing is to have a very high contrasted image, and to be quick to put the print from the printer onto the plate. I'm using just cheap regular copy paper 80gr. Maybe you can try to run the paper through the printer twice? Putting on a havy book for a while? I hope you can solve the problem.

@@lieveericx5137 Hey, I also wasn't successful with this method, even printed it 3 times and nothing at all got onto the jelly, using Epsom eco tank, maybe the ink is different?

If you don't want color in the background, you can prepare the surface with a clear acrylic. Make certain the clear acrylic is wet. Place your picture on the plate, smooth, then remove after 2 to 3 min. Use a dry sponge to lightly remove any remaining paper bits. Finish with a clear acrylic spray. Hope this helps.
