Its Great to see Tommy keeping himself fit and healthy well done boiii 👏💪 i went to my very first meeting with him in penny dinners back in May-2019, they done me the world of good 👍 im coming up to 4 years clean and sober myself and it was the best thing i ever did all thanks to tommy and the lads in penny dinners and la verna 👍 ye are doing great work lads keep it up 😎

Massive respect for Timmy and Tommy. They have achieved so much considering what they experienced and what they've been there. They're truly an inspiration for their community and Cork! I hope other young people watch this podcast and reach out if they need help. Well done, lads. You're amazing people and have achieved so much! You and your families can be so proud!

Best one yet 🥺 Tommy is fabolus and brave to speak his raw experience on life and his feelings. He will make it acceptable for younger men to be mature and in touch with their soft side. Brilliant 👌 this podcast is healing community trauma ❤

Ah lads great podcast bring back memories I grew up in near ye my mom was Christine long, kelleher her married name red hair. She knew your mom well and ye, she's gone now too. Some different them days now but have say we had best neighbours back then could leave key in your door in and out each other houses. Great see you doing well. My brother Martin got mixed up drugs and hated school got kicked out eventually went down bad road.

As someone who always expected the call about my younger brother and the day I got the call was farhers day having dinner with my missus and kids and been told he was on life support, my life changed never understand it, I love your pod casts and have heard the name John Paul long didn't he write a song with myles gaffney, would love to see John Paul on the podcast even tho I don't know him as not from cork

These lads are doing good in many ways Paul. While your comment is your personal view, you should look at the past ones they have done, and see what feeback is being provided. I don't think TDs, College Lecturers, The Irish President, group leaders, Legendary Singers, or business people would give their time or put their name to support 2 Gougers, unless good was being done.
