മീനെണ്ണ ഗുളിക അഥവാ ഫിഷ് ഓയില്‍ സപ്ലിമെന്റുകള്‍ പലരും കഴിയ്ക്കുന്ന ഒന്നാണ്. മത്സ്യത്തിന്റെ ഓയില്‍ തന്നെയാണ് ഇത്. ഓയില്‍ രൂപത്തിലും ക്യാപ്‌സൂള്‍ രൂപത്തിലും ഇത് ലഭ്യമാണ്. പലരും ഇത് വാങ്ങി ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കുന്നുമുണ്ട്. ഇത് പലപ്പോഴും പലരും തോന്നിയ പോലെ വാങ്ങിക്കഴിയ്ക്കുന്ന പതിവുമുണ്ട്. കൂടുതൽ കഴിക്കുന്നത അത്ര ആരോഗ്യകരമല്ല, നാം ഇതു കഴിയ്ക്കുമ്പോഴും കൃത്യമായ അളവ് പാലിയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടത് അത്യാവശ്യമാണ്. എന്തൊക്കെയാണ് ഇതിന്റെ ഗുണങ്ങൾ? എത്ര ഗുളിക വരെ കഴിക്കാം? എപ്പോഴാണ് കഴിക്കേണ്ടത്? കഴിക്കാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത ആരൊക്കെ? വ്യക്തമായി അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുക. മറ്റുള്ളവർക്കായി ഈ വീഡിയോ ഷെയർ ചെയ്യുക.

എൻ്റെ കാലിൽ അലർജി വന്നു കുറെ നാൾ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്നു. അത് ഏറെക്കുറെ ഭേദമായി വന്നപ്പോഴാണ് ഒരു ദിവസം സൂത മീൻ (ചൂര) കഴിച്ചത്. അതോടുകൂടി ഭേദമായിക്കൊനിരുന്ന ഭാഗം കൂടുതൽ പ്രശ്നമായി. അസഹനീയ വേദനയും നീരൊലിപ്പും ഉണ്ടായി. അങ്ങിനെയാണ് അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ഒമേഗാ 3 യെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള വീഡിയോകൾ കണ്ടത്. പല വീഡിയോകളിലും ചെറുമത്സ്യങ്ങൾ കഴിക്കാനും ചൂര പോലുള്ളവ ഒഴിവാക്കാനും ഉപദേശിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാൽ താങ്കളുടെ വീഡിയോയിൽ ചൂര കഴിക്കാൻ ഉപദേശിക്കുന്നു.
