148 ton, on 4 axles? That's 37 ton, per axle. They are some very strong axles. No road, bridge, or weight restrictions, anywhere.

1. it damages all components of the truck 2. it damages the road far more, than more and not so heavy trucks 3. the trucks are slow, use way more fuel and are absolutely unreliably with that amount of weight on them 4. every single component on the truck, has to be replaced way before it should be worn down, because of all that weight 5. it is way to dangerous, because the suspension cant handle the weight, neither can the brakes

This truck is designed for heavy loading with max 49 Tonnes g 8:40 ross. It is legal to overload 1.5x on the local road. 40% capacity increased after the followings are illegally modified which cost about 20K$ 1. Box, increased height, adding 10mm in all dimensions 2. Tire, up to 15 3. Suspension system, adding 3+ leafs 4. Brake system and water tank for cooling brakes 5. Frame, adding 10+mm As a result 49T *1.5*1.4 = 109 T in gross The max limit is 180T if upgraded more. It's usually the 3 years used truck, and it would last at least 3 more years after modification and heavy overload usage

I spent 20 years servicing off highway trucks, 145 tonnes maximum, but 2 trailers, the tyre's we're 13r x 22.5 . They travelled at 60 kmh Over a 100 kilometers returning. Very heavy work, all logs,😊

Those trucks are basically damaged the moment they get their first load in China, don't think they get more than 4 years of service out of those trucks if you overload them like this on roads like that ..

Don't worry about that, some of the trucks in China are designed for overload. For example, at 25th second of the video, there is a tank between the 2nd and 3rd axle, I bet you don't know what is it inside the tank.

Хотелось бы услышать о шинах? Если брать супер мишлен на скании или вольво - то грузовики с колёсной формулой 8х4 больше 40 тонн не грузят, если взять китайца - эти шины повезут чуть больше 50 тонн, но 50 для шин мишлен будет уже запредельно тяжко! Результат будет неизбежен - грыжа и разрыв, хотя протектор будет в идиале! Я говорю о шинах размерности 315х70х22.5 pr 16-18.

The only country that does this would be China. It's a country without a concept. Perhaps it's not illegal only when it's as heavy as possible and loaded as much as possible. It seems that if the load is low, you will be punished illegally. It's a really strange and unconceptual country.

I can only say that you are too naive. Overloading is the normal state of Chinese trucks. Chinese trucks are all developed during overloading. After ten or eight years of use, it is not a problem at all.
