Nope! Not Worth $3.9 Million! I Wouldn't Pay More That $750K for it... And It's WAY TOO CLOSE TO THE NEIGHBORS!

@@russellsharp3067 the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio... places like WESTLAKE, STRONGSVILLE, BROADVIEW HTS, NORTH ROYALTON & BRECKSVILLE... there are actual townhomes that look like this and they are priced at $400-$500k (in Cleveland) but also check out PEPPER PIKE, MORELAND HILLS & HUNTING VALLEY... you will see 10,000 sq.ft. homes/mansions that are $1 to $1.5 to $2 Million dollars... and they are on 1 acre lots! (Far from any ghetto!) and they are every bit as nice as these homes... But you get more land and more square footage for HALF THE PRICE! or even less than half!...

@@boricuaalma2176, sounds like a quite a good bang for the buck. Comparing Vancouver and Cleveland in land and home value unfortunately couldn't be further apart. I live here and I am not kidding when I say a meth house will be 800k. It's dumb and crazy and completely unsustainable. I would love to have your prices...😁
