KTMB launched the ETS business class service last year with their new batch of Class 93 trainset. After a few attempts of purchasing the business class ticket with no avail, I managed to purchase the ticket to experience the train ride. Please be noted that this video was taken when the ETS business class service was at its initial launching period. Hence, the current onboard products and services offered might be different in comparison with this video.

4 Minutes delay is fine, I been to Munich from Berlin and the ICE high speed train delayed for 6 minutes. Now the place I'm staying... in Australia, it is normal for intercity trains to be delayed for more than 30 minutes or sometimes 1 hour.

Hello, my son's use qr-code from my phone and he using the qr-code on the my ETS ticket, does that mean my ticket expire???

Tiket Business Class ETS boleh dibeli terus dekat kaunter Stesen Keretapi ataupun beli melalui online di laman web rasmi KTMB ataupun aplikasi KTMB Mobile.
