"Self-defence" - this is the 6th line of Gate 15 - modesty that is never confused with weakness. The 6th line can see how successful the hexagram has been in sending out its gifts to the world, it can legitimise the heresy of the 5th line, it can be a Role Model for correct extremes of behaviour.
