Not to mention getting married, since here in the US, it's likely to fail by almost 50%...even higher if it's a second marriage for one or both partners! If there was an option to buy into an investment with almost a 50%chance of losing my money, I wouldn't do it. Lol

Got married with a kid on the way while completely broke & poor. Then, got divorced 3 years later. Kept my job & never lost my house. Started rebuilding right away & bought real estate. Sold 1 property & made enough profit from it to pay for my son's entire upbringing & his college tuition. I had enough left over & bought his 1/2 brother, no relation to me, a car & college money, if he ever asks me to help him.. I love that kid. His real father turned out to be an incredible asshole! I'm trying to be a good example to both of those young men. I still have real estate & pension & stocks.

(1) Stop wasting money on things you don't need. (2) Stop being an ego maniac. You do not need the newest things , when many second handed items work just as well. (3) Don't spend all your money on a significant other. If you can not afford a child don't have one. If you can't afford a pet don't get one. (4) Stop spending money on bad habits such as drugs , alcohol and tobacco. (5) Make your money work for you. Make your money work for you even when you are asleep.

Chronic illness is a huge one. I'm basically living in the Lorax and paying a monthly fee to breathe air because I have severe asthma. Without healthcare coverage, it's $40-$60 per month and without coverage, it's $150-$450 per month. It's the thing that upsets me the most about being born into poverty. Then there is also the fact that many plans don't cover a preventative inhaler so I often have to have a special request form filled out by a doctor and a pharmacist and submitted to my insurance company every six months and then it always takes them a long time to approve it and during that time I'm either paying $400 a month or just going without and hoping I don't die. Big Pharma is PURE EVIL.

Pet insurance…Yes! I’d be in a bad spot without it! It’s a problem, unless your dog gets cancer……..or needs surgery . I don’t really understand why someone would question getting insurance for your pet, at the same time have a “monthly”wardrobe expense 🤷‍♀️….you have clothes-you don’t need to spend more money on them-was them yourself.

It's called the Ration Funerals : Cheap or free becoz nothing fancy College education: Very cheap or Almost free Insurance: Not necessary for healthcare. The government hospitals are free Taxes: Most of em don't pay Clothing: fabrics are really cheap Sports and training gear: Most of em don't waste money on these things Pets: Free pets are easily available and most of em doesn't own a pet Children: Again government provides free healthcare education,food etc also poorest of poor people are having 5 to 6 children Maintenance: Most of them doesn't own huge houses or even a car so it's cheap Gym: Most of em doesn't go to gym Retirement: it's cheap

The boys were chased by the police, shot by a sniper, rested in a church, kidnapped by an evil doctor, electrocuted, freezed, roasted, couple of ladies didn't spare them, survived the strange graveyard but when they returned after burying the dead chef, found the boss in a coffin

Guess I'll just stick to buying lottery tickets :(
@ArsalanAFX
@ArsalanAFX 3 жыл бұрын
bro lottery tickets are not even real. I mean think like this the people who won the lotteries also spend like thousands of dollar to win. Even then there are 0.00000001% chance that you will win that, isn't better to save that money and try to invest that which have at least some kind of earnings or use that for passive incomes.
@aya9981
@aya9981 3 жыл бұрын
@@ArsalanAFX I would spend between $2-4 a week on lottery tickets, otherwise getting out of this rat race does not seem like a possibility, when I buy a lottery ticket there is that very slim chance, but it's not 0% compared to not buying a lottery ticket at all, I would stay home for 1 weekend a month to make up for the investment on those lottery tickets, but I get your point, it's a gamble that might not pay off at all, but even those small $5-100 wins make up for my spending somehow
@Dakid015
@Dakid015 3 жыл бұрын
You're better off putting that money in the stock market, better yet putting it in an index fund that's going to get you 10-15% a year, compounding! That's a much better shot and it's the next closest thing you're going to get to winning the lottery. That and also owning real estate. Come on, you can do better.
@aya9981
@aya9981 3 жыл бұрын
@@Dakid015 I'll look into the real estate aspect, thanks for your advice. I am investing regularly but also buy lottery tickets, a few small wins here and there but the calculations do show that I am losing more money than I am making, so it is becoming a small financial drain.
