We aren't supposed to wash our hair every day unless it is excessively oily.. Dry hair should be washed once a week and given a good conditioning treatment. There are now lots of natural chemical free products in the ranges of hair care, body wash and deodorant. Even the medical profession says be don't need to bathe our limbs everyday as it dries the skin out. Just our personal parts and under the arms need to e washed everyday. If we do not bacteria can build up and cause skin rashes and boils and pimples - even staph infections.

Deodorant I believe was my reason to have had a breast cancer diagnosis, it’s a good reason not to use talc products or deodorant that has harmful effects on the body.

Wow! I couldn’t believe that these handsome and gorgeous actors and actresses have poor personal hygiene. OMG! We Asian don’t use bathroom tissue because we wash it. Use water every after use the toilet. We want our private parts smell fresher and clean. We brush our teeth every after meal and take a bath every day. We changes clothes everyday because once you get sweat you smell awful and the bacteria could cause of awful smell. Take note we want our toe nails are clean and short not dead nails. I wash my hair every other day because I have long, thick, and normal-dry hair. On the days I don't wash my hair, I just condition it from the middle to the ends and stay away from my scalp. Also, Leonardo DiCaprio is such a hypocrite when it comes to caring for the environment. He won an environmental award and flew to Europe in his private plane to pick it up. Sponge baths are completely acceptable in-between showers. I have done this all my life, especially with having children. Times for the luxurious bubble bath are wonderful but rare! 😂❤

It's terrible for your skin and murder on your hair. Therefore, I actually shower twice a week and the other days I wash my hair in the sink and sponge bath. I stay plenty clean

I have extremly dry hair and they are not a pint oily. So I wash them about every ten days. To keep them fresh I am using baby powder cause it has the same function like dry shampoo... I take a shower once a week and the other days I am washing my complete body. I can't shower more often cause the skin is so extremly dry that it break up... There are plenty ways to clean yourself and nobody has to judge if he don't know the background...

No one should wash their hair everyday. I only wash my hair three times a week. I have showers everyday, but I only wash my hair 3 times a week so my hair does not get damaged. I only use organic shampoo and conditioner from Lush. And there is aluminum free deorderant. I have been using aluminum free deorderant for years. People need to brush and floss their teeth everyday too.

To me, it is a smell harassment, clogging my nose and sometimes making it hard for me to breathe. Showering every 2 days and washing in between is normal. How insecure must people be, showering so often and disguise themselves under different odors.

If I washed my hair every day, my hair would go dry and break off. My only scalp conditions my hair naturally. Also, if I'm just home I don't bathe every day and wear the same clothes for several days. Plus if I smell, people can just get away from me, lol.😝

I only wash my hair about once a week and fail to see what the problem is. Why use up more shampoo than you need? A bathroom would always be full if each member of the family washed their hair every day and had a shower or bath each day. And that would be awkward and inconvenient when others wish to use the toilet! I have never seen the point of putting toilets in bathrooms!

Washing your hair everyday isn't good for it. Unless you have very oily hair you shouldn't wash it more than 2 or 3 times a week. Maybe even once a week. Brushing your teeth however should be done AT LEAST once a day but more often is preferable.

Oh, cause most celebrities don’t wash their jeans, they we’re trying to say you don’t need or shouldn’t wash your jeans every time after you wear them. I told a friend, I said, can you imagine never washing your jeans and the order. I said it seems like they would get pretty stiff and smelly!

As a brazilian woman I think this is all disgusting. We brush our teeth three times a day, and we also take shower at least two times a day. I wash my hair four times a week. In Brazil we are very conscious about hygiene.

In africa we regularly do not flush our toilets to save water unless its a No 2. And frankly more ppl should do this to save water. As far as washing her clothes, well does a pair of jeans need washing after one wear unless you are working on a farm or been in a stinky night club. We overwash so many of our clothes. A persons hygiene is no one’s business. That being said , I have on occasion mentioned very discreetly to someone that there is a issue. I never had a negative retort!! Most cleanliness products are full of chemicals that are not great for ones skin. Many Toothpastes have on the back of the tube “ if swallowing more than a brushings worth , contact your poison control center”! Fluoride is a poisonous preservative. Shampoos can have allergens that irritate the scalp. Unless one participates or works in dirty situations daily , bathing and shampooing is not a daily necessity. A sponge bath especially in more oder present areas is perfectly appropriate!! Remember that the narrator kept saying to take this celebrity info with a grain of salt Since most of what we are fed thru media in these times is bull crap!! My opinion entirely!

Well in my country its normal people take bath 3 times a day, brush teeths every meal or when you eat, wash hair daily and use deodorant and perfume. Washing yourself everyday day doesnt make any harm like they say. I do it like more than 39 years. And washing hair everyday is no evidence it makes harm to it. I wash everyday but its important to dry well. Brush teeth everytime you eat something is something normal, and everyone carry a toothpaste and brush wherever they go. Considering its a tropical country its too hot in here so make sense taking more baths. By the way I live in Brazil but Im Italian.

I have long hair down to my butt. I wash it once a week. It would not grow this long if I washed it daily. It would dry it out horribly. Now I will wash me bangs or the roots if gets too greasy or dirty looking before the next wash but that rarely ever happens. Also people - we don't need to bathe daily and actually many people in third world countries would be horrified to know we waste water like this in the USA. As someone who sells high end clothing got a living, you should only really wash them when you absolutely have to. I wash my undies and Pajamas every day but my expensive work clothes get washed when they are dirty or have an odour. Over washing ruin’s expensive clothes.
