Some of your favorite celebs are more than a little serious about their health. And we’re totally here for it.
Don’t get us wrong; no one should feel pressured to go to any extreme measures to look a certain way. It’s always best to stick to what makes you feel happy and healthy.
But with that being said, there are some celebrities who love the feeling of putting in a good amount of work to keep their bodies healthy and we love to see it.
The Kar-Jenner clan, Kourtney specifically, has always been big on eating a clean diet, cutting out gluten and dairy and keeping her body moving. Those toned abs didn’t just show up one day, after all. The same can be said for her sisters Khloe and Kim.
And when it comes to going hard to maintain a healthy physique and busy lifestyle, you don’t need to look any further than the queen herself, Beyonce. She’s made her health a huge priority for what seems like her entire life. But in her Homecoming film, she opened up about how much work she really puts in, sometimes even doing two-a-days to prep for going on tour.
And when it comes to post-show rituals after high-energy performances, Lady Gaga’s ice bath routine is a must for the busy musician.

Sports ( basketball and baseball and football and yes I'm really good at b-ball and baseball but not so much football, but I can definitely throw a ball when I get a chance) diet, it's healthy and junk food mixed together. As in, Dr. Pepper ( I know I'm so Southern USA) water especially flavored water with electolites, carbs because my athletic life style and candy because you can't deprive yourself. I also have a high mebolism so everything goes away easily so food is a must as is staying hydrated because of my hormonal non eplisy seizures and my mom and I are thinking about going walking in the evenings which is tricky because of the weather changing and our schedules but we will work on it.

Oh, and fruit and veggies are also a must. And I'll admit I'm a picky eater half because I love animals and half because I can't stand spicy foods, I love all baby animals so a lot of foods are out because of that, and texture it's an Autism thing.

Yes I workout three times a week I switch up my workouts sometimes I do tae bo and resistance band workouts

Don't compare your results to theirs. They have hired a chef, nutritionist & personal trainer. Better to find something that works for you longterm than is just "intense"

Health, cravings, and being athletic is my diet and workout. Definitely keep your food modified to what you like and same with workouts. You don't want to be sick from to much or to little food and you don't want to hurt yourself working out so find what works for you and stick to it and it's ok to give in to cravings, trust me your body and mind will thank you.

So I get that you call these diets and workouts extreme and in comparison to overeating and doing nothing, sure, they are extreme, as it were. But each of us gets one body for 24/7 life and an hour or two a day for exercise is reasonable and fitness benefits each of us inside and out. And with food, let reasonable be the rule and realize that overindulgence is overrated, and just over a decade ago I was having health issues which frankly scared and motivated me to return to fitness, no interest in hauling around all those extra calories which had hung around for years.
