Hi Connie, Thank you for showing me how to take the next step with the embossing folders and really bringing the images to life. You are a great teacher and I appreciate that. You fully explained the techniques as well as demonstrating them. I’m a sight person so watching it being done with the verbal dos and don’t have given me a much better understanding of how to do what I want to do. I have been collecting a lot of the items for ages but have been a little scared to actually use them. Now I feel more ready to just play and have fun with it. So thank you so much Connie. Great techniques. I love using embossing folders. I remember when we did embossing by hand with small brass stencils and a ball stylus. It’s a beautiful effect.

I always love your videos. Your creativity is the BEST! I’m having a hard time seeing the texture because the lighting is so good that it prevents shadows. When your hand blocks the light slightly I could see the awesome texture of the layered, embossed images. Your positive energy, your cheerfulness is what we all need especially right now. That was a great review - perhaps you could demonstrate inking techniques on folders to create a letterpress effect on the card stock. Another tip is to very lightly spray the card stock so the fibres expand which prevents card stock cracking or tearing in both the traditional and 3D folders. Hi Connie- I collect emboss folders- I love how they look- even on textured paper & even as thank you notes..Just adds a polished look..and I can't wait to try your techniques.
