Before you set sail on your next cruise, there are some rules that you should know about. While some, like rowdy teenagers, might be inclined to try and bend them, these rules are in place for a reason. Everyone onboard deserves to have a safe and relaxing voyage.
While some may seem like common knowledge, like not skipping the muster drill or sharing a drink package, others are more about being a courteous passenger. Adhering to these rules will help you contribute to a positive atmosphere.

How about a rule against militant non-smokers going out of their way to "accidentally pass through" the one tiny smoking area just so they can cause a scene? Can we have a rule like that?

I am a smoker and I very strictly do not smoke around non smokers, my choice. And I hate people that do deliberately walk up to or through a smoking area and complain. It happens in so many places. I have been criticized for smoking in a smoking section. I just tell them they can leave.

Don't go to the pool much. The only drugs one take are prescribed. Do not sit on stairs. Use new plates and cups when getting anything at buffett. Am subscribed and did hit the like button.

Caveat on shore excursions booked on your own: These are popular and well booked by cruisers. Most you do will include many people from your ship. Those excursions absolutely rely on their reputation to stay in business. If you and the 10 other people you're on an excursion with call the emergency line to say there's a traffic jam, the ship is going to wait for you just as it would a cruise line booked excursion. IF THEY CAN. That said, if you are on a cruise line excursion that is truly stuck and the ship has to leave, THEY WILL LEAVE. The one difference is that the line will likely pay for your troubles. Many independent excursions will do the same thing. We very rarely book cruise line excursions because we have found much better value for our money with independent offers. As always, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Honestly, I am so paranoid about my upcoming Royal cruise. Have an energy shots bag in box thingy and I HOPE they don't think it is booze. I really want to put a huge sign on the bag stating that it is energy shots and everyone in the stateroom bought the alcohol pakage so they don't confiscate it. I hate going to the lower decks to retrieve my bag. Eeeek! It is like if I buy the drink package then WHY would I care to even try to sneak booze onboard DUH!

If people are sick and still get onboard, they obviously don't care if they make others sick. They're selfish and inconsiderate. Unfortunately, your video requests can't/won't change selfish, inconsiderate behavior, but thanks for trying.
