In Vietnam, as a citizen. How much land can you use? Is it yours or, do you just move along without any rent?

In Vietnam you can own a lot of land if you buy it. Where I live is a state forest, only live for a while, so it doesn't matter as long as you don't use it to plant forbidden trees and hunt rare animals.
