Could you do a series on low calorie foods too. Diet food can be tasty too you know... Just needs more thought and care. The kind of lives we lead these days and the stress.... At all ages.. I am really diggin this vid. I want to try all, but the last two the recipes. Most of them are pretty easy, fast and yummy. Some I wouldn't eat for breakfast, but I'd make as a snack. And, I don't like fried eggs at all, so any recipe with fried eggs/sunny side up are definitely a NO for me. Thanks so much for sharing.
