The Predator is one of the greatest movie monsters ever created. The visual design of the predator species is fantastic, the mask, the face underneath, their culture, and the weapons are all great. And now with the expanded universe of the sequels, comics, and games. It really makes me wonder why they haven't done a film that focuses on the predator home world and their interesting culture yet?

its becuase theyre such a complex monster. they hunt & kill with purpose, even if that purpose is sport it still implies rules and a process to it all. they will respect other strong species. the xenos are more of the mindless killer, which is still terrifying, but its less of a complex villain. predators may help you, even accept you as one of their own, or they may just rip your head and spine out for a trophy. the complexity of them makes them so versatile to use in any story medium. because they can be both good or bad depending on the situation. they can go from the bad guy to the good guy even. and 100% i want a predator origins movie. just dont let the ones who did the prometheus movies be involved... wouldnt say they did the greatest job. not awful, but not very good either.

Just like the feral predator from Prey who looks different because his species adapted for dry, desert areas, I want to see more of these sub species in future movies. Maybe we can get a Viking setting with a Tundra Predator, where it will have white skin, furry dreadlocks, and fur around its limbs since it adapted to colder climates. Or an aquatic predator that has fins and scales and blue skin since it adapted to swim and hunt in water, with its gear being more scuba looking. I REALLY wanna see sub species like this

Personally I think the aquatic breed of predators is the same as the city hunter since it reminds me of some sort of crab.

Been a huge fan ever since I seen the first movie with my dad way back in the day and prey is my favorite cuz my native people are actually the hero's in it and we don't see much of my people as the main characters in movies that much so it made me vary happy when I heard they where letting natives where gonna be the main focus

They need to make a game where it start from lvl 0 to 10 thousands have the different ranks at each lvl go to different universe planets galaxy to level up no buy to win just hard core thousand of hours of play time they need to do the same for movie

My favorites are the elder, clan leader and enforcer. The enforcer armour is wicked. The female predators look like they have shorter dreadlocks. Can you do a video on the predator code? The predators are one of my favorite aliens. I got several predator figures from Neca. Love the video👍

As fans we really need to collectively agree to stop speaking about The Predator. It sucked and even worse than how shit it was it retcons and ruined EVERYTHING that came before it. Sure the AVP movies weren't overly great but compared to Shane's motion picture abortion the AVP movies are masterpieces
