I am from Karachi and really shocked to see discovery gardens by "Falaknaz group" and seven wonder city by "GFS" group in list of fraudulent societies. Both Falaknaz and GFS are considered as most reliable builders in Karachi who had successfully delivered several projects in past with possession and there are several ongoing projects by these 2 groups in Karachi where construction work is on full swing. Don't know why they have failed to launch and deliver their project in Islamabad. Really feel sad to see their names in the illegal society list.

How they have allowed them to do advertisement? the money is going to some bank account why its not being monitored and asked? even a simple person goes to deposit have to show cnic how come they do this much fraud and go unoticed?

I think you haven’t watched the whole video I have mentioned in my all videos that before buying please do a research as well, we have that much knowledge to open a website of relevant departments and check that one society whether it is approved or not , we have no need to confirm from any dealer or society malkaan, qanoon yahan sub hn bs implementation mai kami ha , ye jo parhay likhe jahil hn mai har bar enko knowledge dyta hu k aam khareedne se pehle uska adha adha ghanta sungh lyna theek hota but investment kisi b 6/6 ki dukaan mai bythe huwe dealer se kar lyngey 5-10k bacha kar vo soch apko daboti ha .. audi rakhne ka shoq subko ha bs driver bina lisence k rakh lyte hn , edaaron per I’ve already uploaded a video jis mai yhe btaya ha k kisi b society ki advertisement k waqt e Q nahe rok dya jata , q wait kiya jata ha k pehle log invest kar lyn or phir rda ya cda Actions ly, or phir utne aşanı şey ye tabqa es mulk se faraar ho jata ha , ap rental companies ko ly lo to subko sood ki simple definition ka idea nahe ha ? What about those societies which are basically not on such big level they would need approvals but they are selling plots with Inteqal and registry. There is one society next to Al Haram just behind Fatima Jinnah University campus 2, Known as University home or University city. They have small land but they are selling their plots on Registry and Inteqal basis. Are they valid ?

Worst marketing company is star marketing company. They marketed shops in walayat complex bahria town rawalpindi and projects were not delivered as expected. Plaza shops are still vacant there with no business activity or rental. Then they disappeared from the scene after trapping the investors and left them high and dry. Never invest in such type of companies like square 9 and star marketing who are looting hard earned money of people.

In balloting I have been allocated a plot in the Executive Block D but till now l have not given plot possession in spite of 6 years have passed. On enquiry I have come to know they do not have any land for Block D and my investment is blocked. I have been retired and waiting for possession to construct a house. Please guide me what to do ?.

Brother what I have seen is their main priority is to deliver overseas first, like in Lahore same scenario Ho rha vhan b overseas tymly deliver hone k kareeb ha but executive again badduaya huwa ha .. my recommendation is to sell out this plot as it is and go for overseas east or overseas central they’re the main blocks of csc otherwise you have to wait till their choice ..

There is no justice in Pakistan. Overseas Pakistanis don't invest in Pakistan because 5000 affectees only in Jinnah Garden more than this in defence Valley, jammu and kashmir housing and many more housing societies people are waiting of possession of plots after paid all dues for the past 20 years and still there's no hope to get possession. The cases are pending in different courts but the result is zero. It's better to invest wherever you live.

Yeah I already knew that , societies give more comissions on those plots which are 100% paid , but rat gae bat gae , ask him to sell your plot if it’s possible for him/her , but right now the market is slow even every plot is on average price due to bad political instability.. at the end only option left is to wait n hold if selling is not possible.. He is not replying but as far as that plot is concerned I can leave it as it is, I don't need money however the only thing that concerns me is RDA marking it as illegal, and whether in future it will be a society or a fraud. @@PropertyInsightswithAwais i checked it and CDA attached a court letter also which says, any buying or selling is illegal. This was in PTI govt, now they might have got approved. I asked so many dealers how you're selling it when the court says it is illegal, they said no sir we don't have this info. I even sent them a screen shot of that document. I still have that screenshot of CDA website.

Brother overseas plot ka wait kren 31st May tak, agar balloting mai nahe ata to esko merge krwa lyna PVC mai e kisi apartmental project mai , Q k es k bad Eska Posession bht delay ha, NMC is v v long term project, it’ll take a huge time to be on profit ..
