These were easy enough for someone who is new to Pilates, but hard enough for someone who is an intermediate. I’m not going to lie, but I paused quite a few times doing the workout, but my goal is to do it without pausing at all. Maybe next time I’ll do better. Thank you for such an enjoyable, yet, tough workout 🙏🏼
