Just coat any vessel with curd evenly on walls. Just 1tsp curd or jaman. Ceramic vessel works better. Add like warm milk in summers n hot in winter. Just put the lid. Summers curd is ready in 2hrs In 2 winters min 5hrs You will get thick curd n also probiotics are active. Always make curd in washed fresh vessels. मैडम इसे दही का जमना नहीं दूध का फटना कहते हैं 😂 थंब नेल बहुत अच्छा लगाया आपने😅 for example हम हर रोज रुद्राभिषेक करते हैं दूध और पंचामृत से, अभी इन दिनों गर्मी के सीजन में, हमारी पूजा पूरी होते होते ही 30 - 40 min me निरमालय का सारा दूध पंचामृत की दही के साथ मिक्स होकर जम जाता है तो आपके हिसाब से तो वह पूरा दही बन गया wow 😦👏👏 kabhi To koi video thumbnail ke hisab se bhi dikha diya kijiye mam..🙏

Lovely! Wonderful, I tried in steel container,took me 30 minutes. Result was great,but one point to remember....pressure cooker should be kept switched off ,once container is placed in it.Curd will be very sweet

What about pro_biotic properties of curd, if it is heated in pressure cooker? If useful bacteria killed, then it's not pro-biotic. For businesses it's OK but for health it's not.

Interesting, but at temperatures of around 100°C im sure you will kill off the bacteria. Yoghurt is good for your health due to the bacterial culture. I dont know what effect your spoonful of yoghurt did to it but this seems like a dubious process. It would be good if you can use a spoon out of this and see if you can use it to make yoghurt in the normal way or not. If not, then the bacteria are dead or non functioning, interesting all the same.

If not using a pressure cooker container can be covered with a glass plate for heat retention. Handi dahi looks good. Thanks

घर में दही जमाने का ये तरिका बिल्कुल गलत हैं. सदियोसें जो रिवाज हमें सिखाया गया हैं वह बिल्कुल कुदरति एवं दही के नॅचरल गुण कायम रखनेवाले हैं. हमें एक रात रुकना और कुदरति तौरसे जमाया हुआ दही एवं दुधसे बने अन्य व्यंजन हमारे बच्चों को खिलाने है. इस तरह दही जमाने सें इसके कुदरति गुणोको क्षती होगी और ये सेहतमन्द बिल्कुल ना होगा. माफी करना लेकिन ये रेसिपी बिल्कुल पसंद नहीं आयी. 🙏🙏
