As a mountain biker and cyclist, I was looking for a short and easy workout I could do at home in between rides. Holy shit was I surprised. This workout is not easy at all, but it has become my go-to when I return home from work. It gets easier each time and I’m noticing positive results in a short amount of time. Awesome workout!

How do you bike up a mountain? Isn't it dangerous and catastrophic if you make a wrong move and fall off the cliff? Not saying this to be mean or anything, but it doesn't seem like a sustainable sport.

Great video! I'm going to have to try this out. One of the biggest things that has helped me build muscle has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

it depends what is your current strenght and how much your dumbells weigh but yeah it does help to build muscle to an extent

Work at your own pace and don't worry about doing as many reps as him. Feel the movements and develop a mind muscle connection and you'll get a good workout in.
