Hi I started oil painting, because of the lock down. The algorithm helped me find your tutorials. I like your practical approach and all the know how from the Russian art schools. Also the frequency and the length of the tutorial is good to keep me painting.

Wow! I love watching you mix color with that knife! The bluestone greens on your pallet are beautiful! Is there somewhere that you list the colors?

@@dawnreardon67 yes, you can find it in one of the video of my palette. Or email me and I will send you the list ;)

Hello from Kentucky! I've been watching your demonstrations, and immediately picked up on your European eye for color and subdued palette. Lovely! Looked up your mentors/profs and believe me, you have them beat. Their oils look like 'paint by number' in comparison to your foggy and suggestive airiness. Your paintings glow and seem alive! Bravo! A suggestions for where to paint: Marrakech. Your warm toned palette would go crazy in the rose city, with marvelous architecture and palm dates a thousand years old within the medina. Churchill loved painting at La Mamounia, but I'm sure you know that. I'll try to send you a pic to maybe demonstrate on KZfaq. Thanks again for your FAB videos. Emily in KY., and Paris, France, when there's no damn covid.

Thank you Mimi. Very encouraging! Hmmmm Morocco... I know that Mr Winston C painted a lot at La Mamounia... I think they have a museum with his paintings. Thank you for suggestion, I think Kentucky has a lot of good locations. I'm actually planning on doing a paint out in Kentucky, but not sure where exactly. I need to find the location somewhere close to the mountains and ranches. Maybe you can recommend something.

@@openstudiod Oh, nice to answer back. Thank God I'm not up in hillbilly country in mountainous Kentucky! Central Kentucky, the southern portion on the Tennessee border is gorgeous with beautiful farmland and open vistas. A paint out here would attract people from Nashville, just 50 minutes down interstate I-24 and Clarksville, Tn, voted best small town to live in the States.

Wow... my son is on his way to TN, and he is going to stop by in Clarksville to check out Dunbar Cave State Park. I told him to take a lot of pictures to see if it is a good location for paint outs.

@@openstudiod what a coincidence! great location! We grew up picnicking there in the summer with the natural air conditioning flowing out of its wide mouth. I have a gorgeous cave on my farm. Tell your son to come visit. I've been vaccinated and can take him on a tour :-) FREEDOM :-)!!

What was the pale blue you were using please between I think cobalt or phthalo blue and the teal. Thanks so much for the demo. Actually, knowing your whole palette would be great! Thanks again Found your list. I think it's royal blue from st Petersburg masterclass. Pb29 and white.

Hello Berindei, thank you for subscribing to my channel! Buy the way, it is so funny you ask for the abstract technics, because I just finished a script for the abstract painting video. I’m planning on shooting it and will put it on my schedule... it is on the list but unfortunately I have 5 or 6 scripts in front of this one. But before I do it, may ask you what is abstract for you? Is it shapes, palette, or just feelings that transferred to light? If you can help me.

@@openstudiod Well im glad you asked i just posted two painting i just made on my instagram berindei_stefan , you can take a look cause id love to see your oppinion and to answer your question. Abstract for me is the combination of emotions as colors combined with shapes that tell the story behind fellings such as drama , pain , anger , happiness , joy etc..

@@Berindei_Stefan You just nailed it... I’m talking about your answer regarding what is abstract painting. Let me check your paintings...

@@Berindei_Stefan just checked your two paintings! Need more time to analyze it but I always go with the first impression and mind was going into your paintings, especially your self portrait. Well done! I will get more info when I spend more time. But my first impression is is well balanced, good composition, and good palette. The only thing that I was not sure is two yellow shapes on both sides. I consider it as a fight within you between two emotions. Is this something you planned on or it is an accident?

@@openstudiod To be honest it was by accident but it ended up kida good for my first two paintings and for mu instagram if you find any digital art you like or photos you like , id love if you use one of them as a inspiration for a painting 😊
