15 Minutes of Zen - Inktober 2023 - Day 18 - Zutto

Follow along as we draw EVERY DAY for 31 days to celebrate Inktober 2023!
Each day, I will release a video guiding you through creating a unique tangle pattern!
At the end of the 15 minutes, there will be an additional segment in which I add all 31 patterns to an 8x10 piece of paper one day at a time! I hope you join me on this exciting journey!
These patterns were chosen by ‪@7F5RStudio‬, especially for this event.
All you need is a micron pen, a pencil, a blending tool, and some paper!
Today is pattern number 18 and is "Zutto" by Yuko Takamasu, CZT.
I hope you enjoy it!

Everyone has their own learning style. I looked at several other explanations of this tangle and I understood yours the best. I still need practice but now I know the steps. Thank you so much for making these videos and sharing your techniques.

Do it all in pencil then you can adjust and see where you made errors. I only say this because that’s what I had to do.

Yes, so tricky. I practiced for two weeks! Now that I have done it so many times, it has finally become a more relaxing tangle for me...but it took so long and was very frustrating in the beginning.

Please make an effort to pronounce the tangles' creators' names. It would only take a moment to research. I like that this artform is truly international--and we should try to optimize that by showing respect for creators. Thank you.

Yes!!! I always worry I’m going to say them wrong! I’ve looked up their websites and tried to find videos of them saying their names, but I just struggle with it.
