15 Minutes to an Amazing Dog, Morning Service Dog Routine, When You Have A Busy Day & Limited Time
Today I woke up with a different energy. Not Happy, Not Sad feeling #blessed.
I had/have a lot on my plate and mind in the moment. Todays thoughts
1. Hot Water Heater, has been down for days. So much so I now enjoy cold showers. Has done wonders for my joint pains. Ice tub helped greatly yesterday. Need this resolved quickly. Others in my home do not feel the same.
2. Leak under kitchen Sink, just started last night. Only reason we have notice is because we are now using boiled water for baths and dishes. Stopped up drain put a different amount of pressure on plumbing than just a flowing sink. Boiling hot water probably cleaned drains exposing area for leak.
3. AC unit, had it repaired once already this year and it now sounds horrible. It will need to be replaced soon as well. It is still keeping the house cool but it is showing signs it doesn’t have many good days ahead of it.
4. Logo has to go to the Vet. Need Stool sample. Also need to get her monthly prescriptions (Flee, Tick, Heart Worm) check weight.
5. Grass Needs to be cut. (Not Really) has not grown due to heat. It is something I enjoy. It’s like going for a Motorcycle ride. I will do it this evening once the sun starts to set.
6. Swimming, I am moving back to mornings. I will no longer work the train on days I swim.
How I feel today straight from the feelings wheel. (Always Happy Thoughts First)

Angry, Let Down, Bitter, Mad, Frustrated, Distant, Critical, Annoyed, Withdrawn, Numb, Dismissive,
Sad, Lonely, Vulnerable, Powerless
I feel today thought process took over feelings. I feel like something is trying to separate the way I feel about my situation to an understanding that the show must go one. I need to worry more about what I need to do and get done more than I need to worry about how I feel about the work that needs to be done. I don’t get the luxury of letting my emotions be free when they want to. This exercise is helping me she what emotions I am dealing with before I put them away for the day. I know what I am feeling before I engage with others. This is/has been a very helpful exercise.
