City made expensive players good I don't know how but I used to think all those expensive transfers Sterling, Stones, Walker, Mahrez, etc. were just waste at the beginning but those big moneys actually transformed at City. If Sterling was there in Liverpool, he would have been a second Daniel Sturridge. But now he is a Real Madrid target.

The fact City fans compare his impact to that of van Dijk shows how short people’s memories are. Liverpool went from eight to competing for titles with van Dijk. From the tenth best defence to top three. In one season the best defence in Europe. Monumental change.

@cogamers84 Trophies doesn't make a player good or not it depends on their season or career you could tell if they are worth big money both, Pulisic and Laporte are good players but if one doesn't have a trophie you don't just downgrade him even if he had a spectacular season. Remember FIFA downgrading Giroud even if he was a goal machine, your downgrading him beyond something else then his season.

Hey you can’t call Maguire a flop cut him some slack because the reason he does bad is because he doesn’t play with a quick cb and when he plays with someone like Bailly who is quick he transforms into a solid CB so he should be average
