These are crazy .. Animals have such amazing abilities and humans have taken some of these amazing abilities and implemented them into engineering builds, earthquake proofing and how to strengthen metals and making them lighter... pretty amazing really... I think animals still have many secrets to show us and when we are one with nature we can learn from it

I’ve always wondered how birds build massive nests on power lines. Like how do they get started without sticks just falling off. They can only do a few at a time.

Desiree Wilson it shouldn’t matter where it’s produced the fact is the video is on KZfaq and the world has access to it so if they go out of their way to add measurements why not add both types of measurements for the “other part” of the world! It was a suggestion for the creator of the videos not to have someone comment the way you did and it shouldn’t matter where you are the creators should take these things into consideration.

Interesting video, but i have no idea why the Ruby-throated Hummingbird was 8th. It should've been 15, or not included at all. There's nothing impressive about their nest. The bower "nest" was far more impressive.

The next time you hear your fellow refer to our animal compatriots as 'dumb beasts', I suggest your ask of said person to construct (by hand) any one of hundreds of nests which are built every day by the 'lower forms' of life. Not on their best day. Not even. It's incredible what they do. Humanity is so embarrassingly arrogant.
