Madrid is so underrated. It’s such a beautiful city and a great hub for seeing neighbouring cities and towns like Toledo and Segovia. Rome is wonderful to visit in March. Sunny, warm days and fewer tourists.

Thank you for this video! I'm happy you mentioned Moscow. I've been there twice in my life. I live a 7 hour flight away from this city, also in Russsia. Yeah, Red Square is great. There is a famous shopping mall where you can buy the most deliciuos ice cream I've ever tried! I also highly recommend visiting Saint Petersburg. We call it here our "second capital". This city has beautiful architecture with a Europian touch and rich history. It is the city of young people, because there are several top universities. Life there isn't as busy as in Moscow and it offers more places for tourists (like museums, parks, old royal residences etc.).

Aw, glad Prague got a mention! Though as a Czech, I would discourage all tourists from trying Trdelník, or at least don't try it as a "traditional Czech pastry", because there is nothing traditional about it, it's just a tourist trap. It costs about 3 CZK to make, but they sell it to you for 100 CZK. 😭 I mean, yes, it's tasty, but for an actual traditional pastry try going into bakeries such as Antonínovo Pekařství, where you can get a Koláč (a round pastry with a filling) - that is our traditional pastry and it's so much cheaper. 😉

Just visited Barcelona again last year and completely fell in love. Madrid was home at one time so holds a special place in my heart. Turkey has never been on my list but I might add it!! Thanks for sharing!

Super video! Happy to see you uploading! I would add that Aer Lingus is also based in Dublin and has inexpensive flights from the USA. They also have TSA in the terminal in Dublin so you clear US Customs in Dublin! When you arrive to USA you just depart the airport! Finally, East Coast to Dublin is pretty much the shortest flight to Europe for those who don't like to fly for more than 6 hours. Not based on number of visitors, my Euro city favorites would be: 1. Rome 2. Dubrovnik 3. Prague 4. Krakow 5. Barcelona 6. Venice 7. Amsterdam 8. Paris 9. Sevilla 10. Granada 11. London 12. Budapest 13. Edinburg 14. Dublin 15. Madrid

The number 14 - Moscow - is quite nostalgic for me. This is one of the countries I've done for our TV show and I've literally got a surreal experience being there. It felt a place where even the snowflakes seem to be in a hurry to get to their next destination and interestingly, that's where you'll learn the art of negotiating both icy sidewalks and street vendors trying to sell you everything from furry hats to matryoshka dolls.

@@AlexanderAyling I was in Copenhagen at the end of June and I have never seen it so busy. I have been a regular visitor, once,twice or even three times a year since 2001. So underrated in my opinion.......and the cakes! Oh, the cakes, the coffee, the porridge (yes, the porridge is awesome) and of course the øl.😀
