@@mechanicalengineer3843the key is reading, reading, reading. Try to consume as much reading materials as u can. Choose any book and stick with it. Google, should u face any words u dont know!

I can't recommend E2 enough! Few years ago when I was prepping for my Academic IELTS, Jay's vids were super helpful! He is right about multiple KZfaq videos misleading students! (and I hate it when they get popular, thus making it difficult for the test taker). Can't wait to practice and give my general test soon! :D

Big thank you to Jay. in 2020 I took the PTE test after watching just Jay's videos and I scored an 86 overall point on my first try. I started practising for IELTS general using just Jay's videos in November 2023 and I took the test on the 8th of jan 2024. Just got my result and L- 9, R- 8.5, W-8, S-8 with overall band 8.5. Dear E2, I would sincerely thank you for everything you provide us with. I just received my IELTS academic test result and I got overall band 8.0 (L 8.5, R 9.0 , W 7.5, S 7.5). I only got 1 month preparation and I purchased the Express+ package. The live classes, practice test and and mock test were all very helpful. I received band 7.0 for my mock test and through the detailed feedbacks I managed to improve myself during the real test. For example in the writing section, I was not aware that I made small mistakes such as countable/uncountable nouns and article. Without the mock test I would not even know that I have made those kind of mistakes! I really recommend your service!

@@jiteshraj2685 actually it was my third attempt. So I didn't practice much, I just gone through his videos a week before my exam...! Highly recommended to watch speaking module videos before speaking test, actually it helps us a lot. Because we run out of ideas and we'll feel nervous during speaking, so Jay's approach is best way we can follow during test..!

@@V1deos505 Hi ! To be honest, I don’t remember any specific videos because I watched nearly all of them (particularly those dedicated to writing) . But I can recommend “Fastrack IELTS” channel here, on YT - her videos explaining tasks like “True, False, NT” and writing tips had also helped me. Plus, you can search for a book “Improving your skills. Writing for IELTS. 6.0-7.5” : examples and exercises from there were really useful to me

I was aiming for 7.5 with at least a 7 in each section. I got an overall 8 with R8.5 L 8.5 W7.5 and S8. I’m happy I don’t have to take the test again for the next 2 years ☺️

@@rohmaelahi5474 I think it helps if you do some practices for the writing part. And review videos on speaking. Other than that the listening and reading are straightforward. I listened to listening practice pieces. Good luck.

@@V1deos505 Hi.. I can’t tell exactly which videos did I go thru, but I made sure I go thru at least 5 videos of each topic (listening, reading, writing, speaking) just to make sure I get all the tips I might need. So just go thru as much videos as u can coz they contain different tips

I believe it depends on which test(s) you want to improve your performance on. Additionally, I recommend you to always practice and not rely solely on the videos. There are tons of resources online which can assist you on achieving a high band. Good luck on your IELTS test!

Moreover, it never made me bored.
