A CEO bought a Ferrari car and his employee came to congratulate him on his new whip. After that, the CEO then told the employee, “If you work harder, maybe by next year, I will buy another one lol Anyways, I don’t know who, but someone needs to hear this, you’ve got to stop saving all your money. A lesson from my grandfather, the owner, and founder of his own company worth millions. Always act with compassion and take good care of your employees; if building a foundation is essential, the same applies to a company. Consistently my grandfather would say thank you more often and buy treats for his employees for doing such a great job. Every year at Christmas, he would invest into buying all his employees a bottle of crown royal and a ham just as a thank you for everything done during the year. I always admired this about him and his approach. He really left an impact on a lot of people, including myself.
