my tip for spring and autumn has allways been about the undershirt or singlet, if it's autumn wear something you'd normally wear in winter but without a singlet and for spring wear something you'd normally wear in summer but chuck a singlet underneath

Tim, I think we need to watch you shopping in offline store and online store. And what we need to understand from our sizing (how to get accurate size from our body) and transfer the knowledge to make decision by the size chart. Also, what we need to know your reason for using this bigger size and smaller size, and when to choose fit to our size. sometimes the shorter people have problem like sleeve length and shirt length..
