This is more of a list about facts relating to cars, not about the industry. For example, here's one you should've put in: Ford has owned 6 car brands all at one time, Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, Aston Martin, Volvo, and Jaguar.

Most expensive car that I've driven....Bugatti Veyron 16.4 on a 12 hour test drive. I've also driven a Lamborghini Gallardo LP-560, Ferrari F430, Mercedes Benz SLS, Ferrari California, Rolls Royce Phantom, Bentley Flying Spur and Continental GT. Got another 3 on the bucket list.

Because they are smart, LOL! Not only are they famous for outstanding engineering that is hard to beat but they also have pretty smart people running their business and finances. I don't have any hard data but I'm guessing the number of patents they hold alone could keep them afloat for many years?

i don't understand how can a diesel car that consumes 50-80% less fuel than a gas car emit more pollution, all things considered. Same as comparing a Prius that is worse for environment than a Hammer during it's life because of battery manufacturing/transport.

Most expensive cars driven by me were the Porsche 911 Cabrio 4S and an Audi A8 with the W12 engine. The same that is used in some Bentleys. I've sat in a RR, Lambo and Ferraris but not driven them.

In Wisconsin registration costs $. 100.00 EXTRA for electric vehicles. They said it was because they lost all that money on the gas tax.

Haven't learnt to drive a car yet, chauffeur does it. Recently I had travelled in a Maserati Quattroporte. It was a fantastic experience. But most of the time, it's BMWs and I swear by this brand. The other one's Rolls Royce. ❤️ the video.

You should check your facts about diesels.. they are actually way safer then gasoline cars and pollute less.. yes, you can smell and, use to be able to see more pollutants out the exhaust then a gas engine however, this is deciving

No 11 data is for sure wrong. In countries like India people spend way more time in traffic on average 1.5 to2 hours daily just in traffic.

Actually, diesel is clean burning. Diesel exhaust fluid and DPF filters bring the emissions down to near zero. Top Gear hosts are now on the Grand Tourer. Matt Leblanc no longer will be on Top Gear. Mining for batteries has been proven to be very harmful to the environment. Solar panels are also questionable for households, as most families use more energy at night than the day time when the sun is out. Tesla doesn't make self driving cars, autopilot is semiautonomous. The autopilot is riddled with flaws. It cannot read the road and some infrastructure. I've been in DC and LA. L.A. is pretty bad, but DC is hands down the worst. The financial crisis affected the car industry due to the fall of the housing market with CDOs(collateral debt options) along with predatory subprime lending.

You did not tell us how much the most expensive car costs. And please stop leaving Africa out when you talk about the world; she's a continent with 51 countries. E.g fuel is cheaper in a number of African countries than Venezuela.

I have a 1989 Mercedes w126 500 SE. 5.0 V8 it is. No way I'm ever going to give it up for any new plastic electric junk. Losers can buy them, pay enormous service bills and throw them in the waste after ten years when all the electronics die, but I will stick to oldtimers that were built to last forever.
