✅Garlic Bread - butter and season baguettes - 350˚F/175C for 4-6 min
✅ Rhodes Rolls in air fryer - place 9 balls of dough on parchment paper, drizzle with melted butter. Place in pre-heated air fryer for 20 min to rise (air fryer is off). When rolls are desired size, air fry at 320˚F/160C for 8-10 min until cooked thru and browned on top.

My husband unexpectedly passed away Oct 2020 and he was the chef (we have a 4 year old) .. I’ve been learning to cook and I’m very intimidated by the kitchen .. Instant pots are amazing. Roasts and homey meals can be cooked in 30 mins. Look into it. One step at a time. I’ve walked your walk. I did eventually move to a new chapter of life💜

So sorry for your loss. Lost my mom 3/2020 what a tough year for the world. The air fryer saved me so many times with the waves of grief I had to feed my family and the air fryer is quick with easy clean up.

I bought the Mistify sprayer you’ve been using lately and it is INCREDIBLE!!! Easy peasy, sprays evenly, easy to clean… I love it ! I bought a Cosori per your recommendation and I love it too! Thanks to you I just purchased my new Air Fryer after I saw the great deal on that special Amazon day a couple days ago. Now I just had a delicious first meal of chicken nuggets, garlic green beans, sweet potato fries and fresh tomatoes. All your tips about unloading, washing and pretesting the fryer were very helpful and I didn’t notice any strange smells at all. All your helpful hints are really great! I tried to download your “cheat sheet” but evidently I didn’t do it right? I’ll keep watching you and maybe I’ll figure it out soon. Thanks again for all your posts.

The tasting is ok, but anyway you could taste farther from the mic? I came for the recipe ideas but have misophonia, so the chewing was a little too much for me to handle. Bread was great, couldn’t hear a thing. 😉

I’ve had to use my air fryer lots lately - oven is on the fritz. I’ve used the air fryer to make brownies, cookies, scratch hamburger buns, garlic cheese biscuits, turkey meatloaf, and various enchiladas. Works like a charm!

I love my air fryer. I made well done filet mignon and it was crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. Made salmon and meat loaf too. Delicious.

Next level hot dogs, put diagonal slits down the dogs, cook at 380 for 4 min. You get those slightly crisp edges so there is more of a "bite". Then as you do, add the dogs to the bun and cook 1 more min. I also LOVE my Cosori. Thanks for the recipes!

I am new to using our air fryer. We have the duo crisp instant pot one. Where you just switch out the lid. ❤️ I LoVe what I have made in it so far!! Frozen tots in no time flat! Not heating up our kitchen!! 💪❤️ I am loving all your ideas here!! ❤️❤️ But my question to you is~ what time/temp do I use since this is a different fryer? As the 2nd meal I have made today after I did the test run on my brand new Cosori air fryer, this was the choice I made for me and my two dogs who are batchin' it while Mama is away at work. I added some jalapenos to my side of the tray & some mild sweet baby peppers. Mama had already cooked up some taco meat, so I just added it and covered it with various cheeses. The dogs fell all over themselves with glee in sharing this treat with me. Clean up with the parchment paper was easy, afterwards. First meal cooked was just a 1/4 bag of French Fries, done up as you made them. Looking forward to enjoying many more of your recipes. Thanks for posting the videos. ;-)

this is the best example of air fried plantains I have seen yet! i had tried before and they were terrible. i will be trying it your way for sure next. i do love roasted vegetables in the AF and have done asparagus many times. i have yet to do a pancake and I even have the donut pan but never thought to put pancake batter in it! so many thanks for your quick recipe videos, love them and your family :)

I wonder if you made the same mistake she did? Those aren't ripe. Ripe plantains are super sweet, you would get oversugared if you did what she did. And if you mashed them, they would make a mess. You can only do what she did with hers on unripe plantains and then they're called tostones. How do you know they're ripe? When the skin is mostly black. It's the opposite of bananas.

I won mine in our local fire department's raffle and as a working mom with several chronic illnesses it has been a lifesaver! On the nights I'm too tired and in excruciating pain from work it makes dinner a snap! I've been too afraid to make ground beef in it, but this makes me less nervous. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I had planned on buying an air fryer pretty soon, many things you've done here I hadn't thought of, especially the Rhoads Rolls. 👍 One thing I like to do is splitting hotdogs down the middle without cutting the ends open, and and melting cheese in there. Looking forward to getting mine now.

I just bought my first air fryer today. To test it I made a ham and cheese sandwich... So good, brioche sandwich bread, butter on 3 sides, and mustard on the 4th, cheese and ham. So crispy and delicious! 🥰 I hope this gadget will be well used.
