1. Change your sweaty clothes 2. Don’t use soap inside, but use fragrance free soap around it. A washcloth will be good to clean inside 3. You can use a ph balanced deodorizing spritz 4. Shave your vagina hair and keep it clean 5. Don’t wear super tight clothes or underwear. Cotton is preferred for underwear 6. Use probiotics or drink yoghurt. Cranberries and pineapples are great too 7. Keep wipes with you 8. Always make sure you’re clean before and after sex. Try and pee 9. Putting oil or lotion on the focal points of your body before using perfumes helps you smell good 10. Use natural deodorant 11. Make sure you’re regularly changing your pads and tampons 12. Drink water 13. Consume lots of fruits because they have natural sugars 14. Eat healthy foods 15. It’s advisable to sleep with loose or no underwears at all

mide awosika yea but for a girl it’s expected to smell “good”, and good is seen as something like a perfume or something. That’s not realistic. For guys they’re just expected to be clean. A certain smell is t expected other than non stinky. That’s where it’s stops, it doesn’t stop there for girls

Love you Lussette! Your "girl talk" advice and beauty rutines and everything of that sort has helped me live such a healthier life... I am embarrassed and ashamed to say this, but before I found you, my room was a disater, my complexion was oily and gross, and my hair was always tangled and greasy, and I would not take a shower for weeks sometimes and I would not brush my teeth, and I would always eat junk food and nothing but that... But now, ever since I started watching your videos, I have changed so much. My room is somewhat clean, I clean my face everyday, take a shower every second day (sometimes everyday) and I eat healthier, and my teeth are almost white. Thank you!!

How to smell fresh down there: *Drink lots of water *Eat clean *Don’t use ‘feminine’ products- there marketed at girls/women’s insecurities to get you to spend money, mess up your ph balance, make you smell worse and you spend more on the ‘problem’ *wear breathable underwear *shower daily but don’t scrub yourself down there *And you’ll be sweeet 👌🏽

The thing I have found to be most helpful for dealing with odor is men’s boxers. I literally only wear boxers at night and when I’m staying around the house (no pants or anything on top), and it lets that thang BREATHE and prevents me from getting hot down there. I 100% recommend

I used to drink soda almost all the time and barely ever drank water but I started drinking pretty much only water and I was someone who used to get severe acne and the whole nines but once I started drinking primarily water everything has pretty much gotten better and I feel a lot better!

Good stuff girl!! One tip I’ve found helpful is to make sure that if you do use soap ‘downstairs’, be sure to rinse well so there’s no buildup. Gently rinse a few times with a face towel👍🏾

Another tip I wanna add... Switching to a menstrual cup has totally removed the “period smell” if y’all know what I’m talking about. Just wanted to share :) and also bc it doesn’t have a string like a tampon, it keeps your underwear fresh all day!

The only thing I drink is water, milk and some juice because I hate pop (it tastes gross) and I don't like sugary drinks. And yes my skin and hair has always been healthy!!!

Lucky! I only drink water and i still get acne, i guess its just genes even though my parents both didn’t have bad acnes when they were my age.

@@stargirls8189 I get a few pimples here and there after I put on makeup, but some tips I can give you is to wash your face often, and when applying moisturizer, don't put on a lot because if you cake it on, your pores will get clogged and cause even more acne. A light layer is all you need! 💕

STARGIRL S maybe try to drink a gallon of water some days, it’s really good for your skin and body. And then of course wash your face and put moisturizer

I'm using daily pad (yup there is something called daily pad) and it's helped me tremendously cuz I have naturally abundant discharge and I talked about it with my OB-GYN she said it's quite normal for some to have discharge more frequently than others ...and the pad keep the area fresh and dry and I usually change it once or twice a day and it was life changing for me ..i hope this will help someone
