Here are some I would add (I use these all the time) 1) Doom + Mr. F + Diablo - Doom's heavy attacks place an armor break on the opponent and if the opponent has a stagger debuff on them already the heavy is a guaranteed crit 2)She Hulk + Titania + Mr. F (pre-fight debuffs) - for every debuff on the opponent, she hulk's heavy attack deals a burst of damage (i can usually get about 2-4 debuffs with she hulk alone by using parry stun + weakness from sp 1 + petrify from sp 2 + slow from heavy and then if you use mr.f pre fight debuffs that could bring it to 5-7 debuffs. My 6* R3 she-hulk can usually do 16,000 per heavy hit 3)Cull Obsidian + Maw + Hulkbuster - When Cull loses thanos favor buffs he will get a fury buff courtesy of maw synergy and when using a special he will get another fury courtesy of HB synergy this can give him massive damage my 6*r3 can deal 400,000+ damage off sp3 if i also stacked lots of armor breaks and was ramped up 4)Hercules + CapIW - every time hercules completes a labor he places an armor break on the opponent 5)Hyperion + Ronan + 3 Black Bolts - Fury buffs are extended by 90% allowing you to stack way more (I once got to 20 furies with my 6* R3 and dealing 130,000+ damage with 1 sp3 6)Any Cosmic + 3 CapIWs + Thor = All Buffs for Cosmics gain 75% increased duration. Really good for hercules, CGR, Hyperion etc 7)Any Science/Tech champ with Mr.F + Sentry/She-hulk/Vulture/Doc Ock = any debuff inflicted by a tech or science champ inflicts a power sting (max stack 3) on the opponents 8) Warlock + Ultron/Vision = whenever any champ on the team is immune to a debuff they gain a fury

Kingpin with either Ultron, Modok or Sinister is another one that is always overlooked......once opponent throws a special they get power locked for 6 seconds after....this is so good for any power gain nodes and any other content really....not to mention pairing Ultron and kingpin isn't exactly wasting a spot on your roster.....Ultron, kingpin, hood, apoc, and sinister is such a GREAT team. Apoc starts with 4 charges, kingpin is basically debuff immune....powerlock enemy anytime they throw a special.....sub Modok in for sinister and then you also get an OP Ultron

NF + Deadpool is a goated synergy quake/ant man too

I would like to add penny and mysterio synergy. With penny synergy, when mysterio uses heavy, if he has chemical gas it wont be consumed, so its pretty op with all the poison.

Kingpin might be a good one to max as a 5* for me, i have a r4 hood and he seems to pair well

Worlok and cable is pretty good
