Yall said it. Instilling financial responsibility in your children. Even with all our hard work it could possibly be gone by the 3rd generation. So this responsibility passed down is key. Its not guaranteed but will probably increase the chances.

In my opinion, venturing into a good investment, is not just a strategy for generating passive income but a profitable saving method for future expenses. Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely ,For this reason , I advise on seeking help from professionals(financial advisor). It’s not just watching videos and reading investment book but the challenge is using it well.

@@jacobrich3817 As an OAP with a lot of experiences,I firmly believe that the success of any investment depends on having the right information, regardless of what others say, do whatever you set your mind to. Warren Buffer always says "be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy". This is certainly the trick to succeeding even when others fail. I made *$100,000* working with *Donald Nathan Scott* a licensed *financial adviser* . It’s been a promising experience so far with him.

I’ve seen loads of news of James Fletcher Brennan on the internet, he must really be that good for him to be talked about in such a way. I have 20 stocks and 60% is in US large cap, 19% in US small & Medium cap, and about 20 is in Emerging markets (2 india etfs, one is SMIN and the other is INDA) but I’d like to work on a larger portfolio so I just sent your advisor a proposal

Perhaps the most reasonable way to preserve wealth is through "diversification". You shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. A friend of mine lost almost half of his inheritance in the Luna crypto saga. Personally, as one who has been into Real Estates for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the real estates market if I were solely banking on it.

Sadly this economic crisis means more inflation and more inflation affects the banking system. My condolences to anyone retiring this year. I’ve heard some folks say that you shouldn’t pay off the mortgage early if the interest rate for the mortgage is low. If we get rid of our mortgage, we are eliminating the biggest expense in our retirement budget. The "idea" of retirement is the whole contradiction of forty years of effort. you have to stop relying on the government saving all of your money

I am not understanding why being full-time is a stumbling block. The sooner you start the better. Some companies offer stock purchases or make matches up to a certain amount. If you can get it deducted from your paycheck you never see it so you don't miss it. You can start with a small amount to become acquainted with the process.

@@coffmanleonel6227 From the little I learnt from my advisor who's a pundit, Inflation mostly affects stock yields in that, as inflation erodes the value of a dollar of earnings, it makes it difficult for the market too gauge the current value of the companies that make up market indexes. On the flip side, inflation favors value stocks (if you know how to take advantage of this in the market). I gain always from inflation because of the picks my advisor makes. I hope this helps.

Oh well, if I had to do it over, I will do the same thing. I do “play” with $50,000. I purchased CCL and US Oil.

Best way to preserve wealth? Buy assets that will be needed for decades to come with fixed supplies. Gold for example, or even better: XRP ;) btw XRP also doubled as a way of wealth creation as it's massively undervalued right now. Limit spending to less than 2.5% of the estate per year. That should allow it to continue to grow in real terms. Trusts are a great way to preserve WEALTH also.

Precious Metals. Try to collect a years worth of salary in PM's as an insurance policy. Once purchased, it's off the books. Can gift it to who ever, no way to track it. Who is to say you didn't sell a few ounces to pay the bar tab? PM's buried away somewhere, who can prove you still own it? Get sued for everything you own, take your stash, cash it in and start over somewhere.

Simple- idiot proof investments (cheap Vanguard funds) sheltered through a South Dakota or Wyoming trust or a self-settled asset trust. Irish subsidiaries to take control of corporate assets and lower tax liability.

The first thing I would do to preserve my wealth is to buy real assets like gold, diamonds, government bonds etc cause currencies can fluctuate more than these things so keeping cash might not be much handy in inflation circumstances.
