This reminds me of when I was on summer camp with 60 other people and I didn't really know anyone at first. I found a piano in this attic room and I would go there and play alone when I needed to catch my breath. It was like my cozy bubble, something familiar to just be me.

thanks for putting my messy brain into words. I pretty much do al things from the video already without ever really thinking about it. I think this video is really helpful for introverts who struggle with these things. For me I got out of my shell a lot more over recent years and stepping outside of my comfort zone a lot and it really made me grow as a person when it comes to sozialising and being around other people. I guess the thing I struggle with the most is being misunderstood and then I try to correct myself and it always goes wrong haha. Take care of yourself and your needs everyone

This sounds a little like DBT (especially that last tip). DBT is this really freaking annoying kind of therapy that I spend all my time doing because it’s supposed to help with severe suicidality, but it’s all about the kinds of things you were talking about. It honestly seems like something you might be into.

Hey Leah, have been watching your videos on loop........I had a doubt, if a person writes letters without any continuation like garlands or archs, only plane letters, what does that signify?

I don't know if I am an introvert or not. At eight years old I came to the conclusion that I am unacceptable. So, I created a friend...my journal. I can tell my journal anything. I am still unacceptable thirty years later. I have about six stories I tell people on repeat. I prefer a book and a journal to a human friend. My journal doesn't spend all of its time with me in intense disapproval. The way I am is unacceptable, but never to a notebook.

Just a heads up, your title cards are very flashy. This can be unsafe for photosensitive people and can cause seizures. (also makes text hard to read lol...) I do like that aesthetic! Maybe there's a more stationary version?
