it's actually a pretty standard call. if she has a jack, she's check-calling the river. she never has a set or straight, would've raised the flop/turn. that really narrows it down to either a very passively played J-2/2-6 or a missed draw.

@@newyorker2503 so you just wing it.. you bluff based on chip sizes and board texture (valid, but has nothing to do with my question) and a gut feeling, while discounting bluffing when holding a card that makes it less likely that your opponent has a flush and impossible that he has the nuts.
