Super video thoroughly enjoyed the watch. Envy isn’t the best of words but it is easy to feel that. Adam make the most of every opportunity….. time is the enemy and soon passes. Enjoy the moment too. Love the fact that you put the nonsense that surround us to one side and just enjoy your life for what it offers. Living the dream.

It was great to see the river this way. Man, I haven't been to needles in a lot of years. It looks great. When I was a kid, I thought the reason they called it needles was due to the pointy riverbed grass that poked you when you get in the water. Great video. This has been a great 3-part saga. Keep it up.

Awesome video. Also very informative. We have been having great fun with our new Explorer Pro. Cruising in eco mode at about 35 mph we seem to be getting a little more than 7 mpg. I know two other people with new Seadoos. One has the 170 hp and the other 230 hp. They run like lunatics in sport mode and suck massive fuel. Our longest trip so far has been 52 miles. When the weather, tides and wind cooperate we have 70 mile and 100 mile ocean trips planned in Long Island Sound and out to Block Island. Fully loaded with my girlfriend and I (114 lbs and 164 lbs) we have hit 55 mph. Under ideal conditions it will probably do 58. But we bought it for adventure not speed. So glad I found you on KZfaq, Thanks.

I did this last year with a buddy going from Bullhead up to the dam then all the way to Copper Canyon and back. Worth noting that you don’t need to carry any fuel for larger skis. We ripped a 310x with 21.5 gal and had no problems along with a 15f with no issues stopping at Pirates Cove. There is also fuel at the Havasu Marina, not to mention good chicken wings in the channel.
@AdamSwords
@AdamSwords 11 ай бұрын
Yeah doing it that way you’re not far from fuel at any point. I did cattail to Davis and back to bullhead before I needed to fill up but there were no fuel docks obviously. If I’d splash and dashed at Pirates beforehand I would have made it all the way up and back

It’s as reliable as any other model. It’s the 170 Rotax which is the least powerful option and therefore very happy running wide open for long periods of time. I raced mine in the Mark Hahn 300, where I was at wide open throttle for 6+ hours and it didn’t skip a beat.

Just bought mine 1 week ago. Went out for the maiden and the thing pulled about 20 degrees to the right with the bars straight. Then when I turn the bars left to go in a straight line the thing leans hard to port. So friggin dangerous to ride that way, and can't bring anyone with me. Hopefully a steering cable adjustment fixes this. Not giving it to the dealer, gonna try to fix it myself. Just wondering if yours did the same new?

I took the windshield off today and straightened out the nozzle. It was pulling right so you have to turn the steering cable to the right to get it straight. Will drop it in and test this week. A long ride but you don’t seem to be suffering from aches which is a testament to the comfort of your Sea Doo! Great ride But, chancy due to so many inexperienced riders who when the beers are in the whit is out, maybe for exploring mid week may be better but a great weekend. As you say better with company pref female as 1 They look better 2. They smell better 3. they compliment any rider 4. You don’t look like Billy no mates 5. You can snuggle up to them at night 6. In my case they can cook a lot better 7. The miles seem shorter 8. They will need more toilet stops so you get to explore places you would have ridden past if on your own! 9. You can discover places whilst sharing the view 10. Did I mention they look better? Lol The only exception to the above will never happen is you take the Producer with you but as I say that will never happen as it would take him out of his Comfort zone But as ever a great vid and a good guide to others if they ever want to do the trip

Take a knee sock. wet it. Place two bottles of water inside the sock. Strap it where the air flow is high. That sweet bumper will work perfect! You will have cold water after a nice ride. great vids!

When the air temp is 104F that’s a great way to get warm water and a dry sock in 20 minutes lol

Don't knock it till you try it. Mate. I'm not saying it's going to be ice cold. It will, however, be a lot colder than you would think. When I was in the military. We would use that method all the time in over 120 degree Temps. We would hang wet socks. With water bottles in them from our mirrors WHILE DRIVING. It was a hell of a lot better than warm water! Just keep the sock wet. It's not like you don't have plenty of water around. Since you are using cooler lake water to wet the sock, it probably will work even better. I challenge you to try it, mate! Keep up the great vids!

@@AdamSwords we have a f60 fighter jet in site6 cove and next door at site 5 there’s 2 sails boats one 30ft and one 20footer , a Willie’s jeep, submarine, a jet boat, fire hydrant, and a few other things I don’t wanna give away all of it haha… but then in lake Mohave at “cabin site cove” there’s a 40ft school bus at about 60ft depth and a massive 40ft cabin cruiser boat

FYI if the police caught you filling up your tank there it is a 5k fine. That was as of 2022 and pretty sure it is the same fine. You cant pour gas on the river. Stay safe love the vid!

@@AdamSwords Yes we had a home on the river. The police came and told me as they saw our gas can but it was empty. He said if i was seen filling up on the river in the water it was a 5k fine. You have to have your watercraft out of the water or use one of the gas stations at Topok or Havasu. The one at AVI casino closed in 2020 during covid. Stay safe bud
